MANGO KHEER

Serves - 3
INGREDIENTS
¼ Cup Rice (soak 2-3 hours)
3 ½ Cups Milk
½ Cup Mango Puree
2 tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
5-6 kesar strands (soaked in hot milk)
½ cup chopped mango
For garnish
Chopped pistachios
METHOD
In a pan boil milk.
Once boiled add in soaked rice and let it cook for 7-10 minutes. Keep stirring.
Once rice is cooked, add in sugar, cardamom powder, kesar and cook for a minute.
Switch off the flame, add mango puree and chopped mango.
Mix well and serve chilled.
