MANGO SORBET
This frozen mango tastes yum as a sorbet. Deep freeze and serve at your convenience. With only 3
ingredients this sorbet will bring the freshness to the mouth. It is great for summers. You can use it
as a palate cleanser or after dinner dessert.

INGREDIENTS
3 Mangoes (Chopped)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp Sugar
METHOD
In a tray add in the chopped mango and let them freeze for about 4 hours in the freezer.
After 4 hours,in a blender jar add these frozen mango cubes, sugar and lemon juice. Blend this into a slushy paste.
Layer this mixture onto a tray and refrigerate again in the freezer for another 6 hours.
Later try to scrape the puree with a fork and again blend this mixture in a food processor into a fine puree.
Set this mixture in the tray and freeze it for another 6 hours in the freezer.
Scoop out the sorbet and serve chilled.
Note:
While puréing the frozen mango use a high powered blender, or no need to freeze the mango you can purée fresh mangoes and then follow the steps with a normal blender.
