INGREDIENTS
½ Cup water
1 Cup Milk
1 ½ tbsp tea leaves
For the masala mix
2 tbsp jaggery sugar
2 cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
2 cardamom pods
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp lemon grass
METHOD
For the masala mix
In a mortar pistol add ginger, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, lemongrass, jaggery Sugar and cloves.
Make a paste of these masalas.
How to proceed
In a pan add water, tea leaves, masala mix and boil for a minute.
Add in the milk, stir well and boil for another 2 minutes.
Once boiled, strain and serve hot.
