MASALA RAGI CHIPS(NACHNI)

INGREDIENTS
¼ Cup Ragi atta
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
¼ Cup warm water
Masalas
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp aamchur powder
½ tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying / Air frying
METHOD
For the masalas
In a bowl mix together all the masalas.
For the chips
In a plate mix together all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out as thin as possible.
With a fork, poke holes on the rolled dough.
With a knife, cut into diamond shaped chips.
You can air fry these chips with brushing a little bit of oil on them or deep fry them.
As soon as their done sprinkle the masala mixture immediately on the chips.
Store in an air tight container..
