Masaledar French Beans Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Chopped , bolied French Beans (cut into half; big pieces)
  • ¼ tsp asafoetida( hing)
  • ¾ Cup chopped coriander( kothmir)
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • Salt and chili powder to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

METHOD

  1. In a pan heat the oil, add hing, onions. Saute for ½ minute.
  2. Add the French beans, salt and chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add the kothmir coconut mixture salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with chapati or steamed rice.
