A quick recipe to make a great dish for lunch or dinner. You can have it with naan, rice and kaali dal. A lovely combination of green peas and paneer with a lovely punabi gravy. Can be made in a jiffy and is very healthy too. Peas contain heart-friendly minerals including magnesium, potassium and calcium and are also rich in antioxidant nutrients like vitamin C. make this loevly vegetable and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams paneer cut into squares
- 1 cup boiled green peas
- ½ chopped onion
- ½ chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 12 cashews
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 1 clove
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- ½ tbsp turmeric powder

METHOD
- Process all the items together in a food processor. A paste will be formed.
- In a vessel heat the oil, add the jeera, garam masala, and turmeric powder, saute for 15 seconds.
- Add the paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the green peas, paneer, ½ cup water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan and paratha.
