METHI BAJARA CHILLA

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Bajra Flour
2 tsp ginger garlic green chilly paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp asopfoetida (hing)
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1/2 Cup Dahi
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 Cup chopped methi leaves
1 cup water
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for making the chilla
METHOD
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a semi thick batter.
Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a pan, brush oil and pour the batter to make chillas. Flip it on the other side and let it cook well.
Serve hot with curds.
