BAJRA CHILLA Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Bajra Flour
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic green chilly paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp asopfoetida (hing)
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Dahi
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup chopped methi leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for making the chilla

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a semi thick batter.
  2. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. In a pan, brush oil and pour the batter to make chillas. Flip it on the other side and let it cook well.
  4. Serve hot with curds.
