MINT (PHUDINA) CHUTNEY Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup mint leaves
  • ½ Cup Coriander
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Green chilli (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Ice cubes

METHOD

  1. In a blender jar, mix all the ingredients together until a smooth paste.
  2. Store in the refrigerator and serve when needed and use as per your convenience.
