MINT (PHUDINA) CHUTNEY
The ultimate accompaniment for Indian dishes and recipes. Chutney made with fresh mint and coriander leaves. Mint adds on to the wow factor and makes it so refreshing. Mint chutney helps to boost immune system and it contains lime juice so helps in boosting Vitamin C. Do try this chutney and pair with your lunch or dinner.

½ Cup
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup mint leaves
½ Cup Coriander
½ tsp Jeera
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 Green chilli (chopped)
¼ tsp Chopped Ginger
2 tbsp Water
Salt to taste
2 Ice cubes
METHOD
In a blender jar, mix all the ingredients together until a smooth paste.
Store in the refrigerator and serve when needed and use as per your convenience.
