MOONG ROTI
Moong flour is rich in protein, Folate, Vitamin B9 or Folic Acid which helps your body to produce and maintain new cells, especially red blood cells and is pregnancy friendly. Moong flour can be used in cooking as an extra protein powder to supplement your diet if you wish. The best part is quinoa is gluten free, so these quinoa rotis are gluten – free. These healthy rotis can be replaced for the regular wheat ones if you’re looking for a gluten free diet. These rotis are extremely tasty with a hint of sweet taste from the moong. 4 small Rotis
INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Sprouted Moong Flour
1 tbsp Whole wheat flour
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough with 3 tbsp warm water.
Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out thin rotis.
Heat the pan and cook the roti on both the sides.
Serve hot with dal or subzi..
