NO OIL PURIS
This is a viral trending recipe, which suprised us all. But it is definitely worth it. We were so amazed when we saw this trend puris without oil, but it was absolutely worth it. This viral recipe does work and comes out the puris beautifully. Shockingly this puris are cooking water and then airfried and has ZERO oil. No oil in the dough and hence we add curd to give the dough moisture and strength. Hence Do not avoid the curd. These puris are not fried rather they are boiled and then airfried at 180° for about 4 minutes. You have to try this and you`ll definitely add it to your daily meals. INGREDIENTS
½ Cup wheat flour
1 tbsp curd
Water to knead the dough
Salt to taste
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out the puris.
In a pan boil some water.
Add in the rolled out puris and let them cook until the puris start to float up.
Once done cook the puris in the air fryer for about 3-4 minutes until they fluff up and cooked.
Serve immediately.
