INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup oats
- ½ cup mixed boiled vegetables (carrot, French beans, and green peas)
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ½ tsp jeera
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of hing
- Salt to taste
- ¾ cup water
- Chopped coriander
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and saute jeera, hing.
- Saute onions and mix boiled vegetables. Cook for a minute.
- Add in oats and roast for a minute.
- Add in garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, and water.
- Mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Finish by adding coriander and lemon juice.
- Serve hot immediately.
