INGREDIENTS
¾ cup oats
½ cup mixed boiled vegetables (carrot, French beans, and green peas)
¼ cup chopped onions
½ tsp jeera
½ tbsp oil
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of hing
Salt to taste
¾ cup water
Chopped coriander
METHOD
How to proceed
In a pan heat oil and saute jeera, hing.
Saute onions and mix boiled vegetables. Cook for a minute.
Add in oats and roast for a minute.
Add in garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, and water.
Mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Finish by adding coriander and lemon juice.
Serve hot immediately.
