ONION /CABBAGE BHAJIYA
Who doesn`t love a piping hot cup of tea with hot pakoras and chutney. Who Doesn`t love Kanda Bhajiyas? These are perfectly melt in mouth and crispy at the same time. This recipe gives the perfect pakora batter every time and the best part is that you can use the same recipe for onions as well as cabbage. INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Sliced Onions or 1 cup sliced cabbages
- ½ Cup Besan
- ½ tsp Carom Seeds
- ¼ tsp Haldi
- ½ tsp Jeera
- ¼ tsp Ginger Green Chilli Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- ¼ Cup Water
- ½ tbsp oil
For the bhajiya batter
Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the batter well.
- Add the onions or cabbage and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil for frying in pan.
- Make small pakoras with your hand and deep fry till well done.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketcup
