PALAK CHAAT
The crispy palak chaat is all you need to add to your chaat recipes. This chaat is so so good, you`ll regret if you don`t try it! Made with such simple ingredients this chaat is next level. The main ingredient is the palak pakora, which is deep fried spinach coated with a besan mix. Then you assemble the chaat with your choice of accomplishments. You can use any vegetables, curd, chutneys and don`t forget the crispy accompaniments like papdis, sev, peanuts, bhujiya etc. Serve this chaat immediately or it turns soft. INGREDIENTS
7-8 Fresh palak leaves (Cut the stem)
Oil for frying
For the batter
½ Cup Besan
¼ tsp Haldi
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Carom Seeds
Pinch of hing (asafoetida )
Pinch of Soda bi carbonate
½ Cup Water
Salt to taste
METHOD
For the Palak Pakora
How to proceed
Dip the palak leaves in the batter evenly, fry them till well done.
Place on an absorbent paper and remove the excess oil.
To serve
Place the palak pakora on plate and add accompaniments of your choice.
Serve immediately.
