PANEER PARATHA
Paneer Paratha is a classic Punjabi paratha with cottage cheese. It is an unleavened flatbread with a paneer filling. You will forget all parathas once you try these and it will make you fall in love with paneer even more. The paneer filling with masalas is to die for. INGREDIENTS
For the Paratha Dough
2 Cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Water to make the dough
For the filling
200GMs paneer
¼ tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp kasturi methi
¼ tsp Red Chilli powder
¼ tsp ginger chilly paste
¼ tsp hing
Pinch of aamchur powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste
To serve
Curds

METHOD
For the filling
In a bowl, crumble the Paneer.
Add in all the ingredients and mix well to make the filling.
How to proceed
Make a dough and mix well all the ingredients. Make 4 round balls of the dough.
With a help of a little flour roll the dough and make a small circle. Place ¼ of the filling in the centre. Close the sides of the dough and make a round again.
With a help of a little flour roll out the parathas.
Put some oil on the tava and cook the parathas on both sides.
Serve hot with curd and achaar.
