PANI PURI
All time favourite. Mumbais favourite street food. Everyone’s favourite and monsoon special. presenting the all time favourite and common gol gappe with a different twist! Chana - Moong - Aloo filling with Tikha Meetha paani and puri. Who doesn’t love the Spicy Paani Puri and the lovely monsoon that goes with it? y personal favourite and everyones! Also known as puchka is being made in a lot of varieties by everyone, here is our version ofit! do try it and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet pani puri (25 to 30 puris)
- 3 cups chilled water
- 2 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp jaljeera salt
- 1 tsp black salt
- 2 tsp pani puri masala
- 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp chopped phudina
- 6 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 ½ cups boiled potatoes
- I ½ cups boiled black peas (kala channa)
- 1 ½ cups boiled whole green moong dal
- Salt, chilli powder, and jeera powder to taste
- 3 tbsp Chopped coriander

METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the pani together. Add the phudina paste. Refrigerate and chill.
- In a bowl mix the potatoes, kala channa, green moong dal.
- Add salt, jeera powder, chilli powder to taste and mix well.
- Sprinkle the chopped coriander on top.
- Mix the chilled pani well before serving.
- Crack the mouth of the puris and add some filling.
- Add some tamarind chutney to the puri. Dip in the pani and eat it.
