PEPPER BUTTER TOAST
this is a very good snack and a unique breakfast option! Replace your ordinary toasts with this. Freshly toasted bread with roasted peppercorns and rocksalt takes it to whole new level, do try it. You can even use this seasoning in different ways. Store it in a container and use when required.

INGREDIENTS
2 Bread Slices
1 tbsp Butter
Pepper powder
½ tsp Rock Salt
1 tbsp Peppercorns
METHOD
For the pepper powder
In a non stick pan, dry roast the peppercorns and rock salt for 2 minutes on a low flame.Keep stirring.
Let it cool and then crush the mixture using a blender into fine powder.
you can store the powder and use at your conveience.
How to proceed
In a toaster, toast the bread slices until they are crisp.
Spread butter on the toasted bread slices.
Sprinkle the pepper mix on top and the toast and serve with hot
