PONKH PATTICE
Ponkh has great health benefits too. It does taste really yummy. have it with fresh coriander chutney or just by itself. This is a unique Pattice recipe! Ponkh or also known as Tender Jowar is so very healthy and nutritious. During winters, jowar is very tender and juicy and hence the name ’Ponkh’. Ponkh has a lot of health benefits, it is gluten free and full of fiber. These very green Pattices have the key ingredient as ponkh and it is absolutely delicious, a completely healthy yet tasty recipe indeed!

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup ponkh
- ¼ cup boiled, peeled and crushed potato
- 1 tbsp besan
- ¼ tsp ginger chilli paste
- ½ tbsp chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
for the pattice
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Roll into 5 circular pattice.
- In a pan, shallow fry on 2 sides till well done.
- Have them hot with green coriander chutney.
