INGREDIENTS
2 cups quinoa flour
2 tbsp active dry yeast
3 tbsp lukewarm water
½ cup lukewarm water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
METHOD
For the yeast
Put the yeast in 3 tbsp warm water .Cover for 15 minutes
For the dough
the quinoa yeast mixture, ,salt to taste,oil and ½ cup of lukewarm water.
Cover your hands with maida and knead for 3 to 4 minutes.
Cover the dough with wet cloth for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll the dough into a pizza base round with a help of a little flour.
With a fork make markings on the base.
How to proceed
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Bake for 7 minutes, remove, add the pizza topping, and bake for another 7 minutes till well done.
