Quinoa Poha Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cup boiled quinoa
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • ¼ tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

To garnish

  • chopped coriander

METHOD

  1. In a pan heat oil and saute curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Ginger garlic green chilli paste.
  2. Add in chopped onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt to taste and lemon juice.
  3. Mix well and toss in cooked quinoa.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes. Finish by adding coriander leaves and serve hot.
