RAW MANGO PICKLE
We all love pickle with our daily food. This will make a perfect fit. This is that one thing which you could easily find in any Indian household! Essentially made with the green unripe Mangoes mixed with robust Indian spices, oil and salt and are preserved for sometime. It gives out the sourness because of the mangoes and works as an amazing accompaniment with all our Indian delicacies. So this summer pick out the best Raw mangoes and make this amazing pickle, trust me there’s no coming back from this pickle. Store it in a bottle and use at your convenience.

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp sambhar chilli powder
3 tsp crushed rai dal
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup chopped raw mango
METHOD
Mix the mango with the salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Add the sambhar powder and kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
Heat the oil, add the rai dal and let it crackle.
Add the oil to the mango pickle and mix well.
Store in a dry place for 24 hours and use.
