INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup Masoor Dal Sprouts
    • ½ Cup Black Urad Dal Sprouts
    • ½ Cup Green Moong Sprouts
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
    • 1/2 cup boiled sweetcorn
    • 1/2 cup boiled broccoli
    • 1/4 cup chopped spring onion green part

    For the dressing

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
    • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    • ¼ tsp Black Salt
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    For the sprouts

    1. Blanch all the 3 sprouts for 2-3 minutes each in hot water.
    2. Strain and let the sprouts cool down.

    For the dressing

    1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a dressing.

    For the salad

    1. Mix together all the ingredients to make the salad.
    2. Top up with the prepared dressing and mix it well.
    3. Serve.
