INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Masoor Dal Sprouts
- ½ Cup Black Urad Dal Sprouts
- ½ Cup Green Moong Sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup boiled sweetcorn
- 1/2 cup boiled broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onion green part
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Black Salt
- Salt to taste
For the dressing
METHOD
- Blanch all the 3 sprouts for 2-3 minutes each in hot water.
- Strain and let the sprouts cool down.
- Mix all the ingredients together to make a dressing.
- Mix together all the ingredients to make the salad.
- Top up with the prepared dressing and mix it well.
- Serve.
