INGREDIENTS

    • 100 gms ricotta cheese block
    • ½ tsp oil
    • Salt pepper to taste

    For the topping

    • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
    • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
    • 1 tbsp roasted almonds sliced
    • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
    • ½ tsp honey
    • ¼ tsp Thyme
    • ¼ tsp Oregano
    • ¼ tsp Red Chilli flakes
    • Salt pepper to taste
    • ½ tsp oil

    Other ingredients

    • 6-7 Toasted Bread slice
    • ¼ cup chopped strawberries

METHOD

    For the cheese

    1. Brush oil on the ricotta cheese block.
    2. Top up with salt pepper to taste.
    3. Bake this cheese block for 12-15 minutes or until nicely toasted at 180C.

    For the topping

    1. In a pan heat oil and sauté oregano, thyme, red chilli flakes, parsley.
    2. Mix in the red and yellow bell peppers.
    3. Add salt pepper to taste, honey and roasted almonds.
    4. Sauté well and set aside.

    How to serve

    1. Place the baked ricotta cheese with the sauted topping, strawberries and toasted bread.
    2. You can add all the layers on the bread serve as well.
