INGREDIENTS
- 100 gms ricotta cheese block
- ½ tsp oil
- Salt pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
- 1 tbsp roasted almonds sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ tsp honey
- ¼ tsp Thyme
- ¼ tsp Oregano
- ¼ tsp Red Chilli flakes
- Salt pepper to taste
- ½ tsp oil
- 6-7 Toasted Bread slice
- ¼ cup chopped strawberries
For the topping

METHOD
- Brush oil on the ricotta cheese block.
- Top up with salt pepper to taste.
- Bake this cheese block for 12-15 minutes or until nicely toasted at 180C.
- In a pan heat oil and sauté oregano, thyme, red chilli flakes, parsley.
- Mix in the red and yellow bell peppers.
- Add salt pepper to taste, honey and roasted almonds.
- Sauté well and set aside.
- Place the baked ricotta cheese with the sauted topping, strawberries and toasted bread.
- You can add all the layers on the bread serve as well.
