INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Cup Chopped Ber Apple
    • ½ Cup Chopped Cucumber
    • ¼ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
    • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
    • 1 tbsp mint leaves
    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

    For the dressing

    • ½ cup curd
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 2 tsp honey
    • Salt pepper to taste
    • ½ tsp garlic paste
    • Pink Salt to taste

METHOD

    For the dressing

    1. Mix together all the ingredients to make the dressing.

    How to proceed

    1. In a bowl mix together ber apples, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and coriander.
    2. Pour in the prepared dressing and toss it well.
    3. Serve immediately.
