INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Chopped Ber Apple
- ½ Cup Chopped Cucumber
- ¼ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ cup curd
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- Salt pepper to taste
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- Pink Salt to taste
For the dressing
METHOD
- Mix together all the ingredients to make the dressing.
- In a bowl mix together ber apples, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and coriander.
- Pour in the prepared dressing and toss it well.
- Serve immediately.
