INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Chopped Guvar
- 1/2 cup Chopped Boiled Carrots (big pieces)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onions (big pieces)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Capsicum (big pieces)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Tomato (big pieces)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oil
- Pinch of Hing
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil, sauté cumin and hing.
- Mix in onions, tomatoes and salt to taste.
- Add in capsicum, guvar and a splash of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
- Once guvar softens, add in boiled carrot and all the rest of the spices.
- Cook for another minute. Finish by adding coriander.
- Serve hot.
