INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Roasted Besan
- 2 tbsp Rava
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup mashed potato
- 1/4 cup grated paneer
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp aamchur
- ¼ tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp sliced kaju (cut in half, roasted)
- Oil for shallow frying

METHOD
- In boiling hot water blanch green peas and spinach. Cook for a minute.
- Transfer to an ice bath.
- Strain this and let it dry.
- In a blender jar, add the boiled vegetable, turmeric powder, ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt.
- Blend well to get a smooth paste.
- In a plate mix together spinach paste, potatoes, besan, rava, paneer, red chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur, chaat masala and salt to taste.
- Mix well to make a dough. Divide into equal parts and form kebabs.
- Place a piece of roasted kaju in the centre.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until crispy and well done.
- Serve hot with chutney.
