INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup chickpea flour
    • 2 tbsp maida
    • 2 tsp oil
    • Salt

METHOD

    1. In a plate mix together all the ingredients with water to make a soft dough.
    2. Once done, roll out big flat semi thick round rotis.
    3. With a knife cut lengthwise cylindrical sheets.
    4. Once all cute sprinkle flour on each sheet and stack on top of each on a flat plate.
    5. Let these sheets air dry for about 1-2 hours.
    6. You can even deep freeze these sheets and use at your convenience.
    7. To use, blanch the sheets in hot water and use them.

Dust the rolled lasagna sheets lightly with chickpea flour to prevent sticking while shaping and layering.
