INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Cup Besan
    • ½ tsp Ajjwain
    • 2 tsp Oil
    • Pinch of Pepper
    • Salt to taste
    • Pinch of Red Chilli Powder
    • Pinch of Turmeric Powder
    • ¼ tsp of Soda bicarb
    • Water to knead the dough
    • Oil for frying

METHOD

    1. In a plate mix together all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
    2. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
    3. Place the dough in a sev machine and make gathiyas with at hick mold.
    4. Fry these in hot oil until crispy.
    5. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
    6. Store in an air tight container and use when needed.
