INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Besan
- ½ tsp Ajjwain
- 2 tsp Oil
- Pinch of Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of Red Chilli Powder
- Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp of Soda bicarb
- Water to knead the dough
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a plate mix together all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a sev machine and make gathiyas with at hick mold.
- Fry these in hot oil until crispy.
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
- Store in an air tight container and use when needed.
