INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup Sliced Jalapenos
- 1 Cup Vinegar
- ¼ Cup Water
- 5-6 Peppercorns
- 1 Star Anise
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a saucepan mix together vinegar, water, peppercorns, star anise and salt to taste.
- Mix together and let it boil.
- Add in sliced jalapenos and cook for a minute.
- Let it cool down and transfer to a jar.
- Let it refrigerate and consume after a day as your convenience.
