Quinoa Flour | Homemade Quinoa Flour | How to Make Quinoa Atta | Gluten Free Flour
Homemade quinoa flour is a simple pantry ingredient made by grinding raw or lightly roasted quinoa into a fine powder. Roasting the quinoa slightly before grinding helps reduce its natural bitterness and improves flavour. It’s important to grind in small batches and sieve if needed to get a smooth texture. This flour can be used in rotis, parathas, pancakes, or baking recipes, usually mixed with other flours for better binding. Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh and prevent moisture.
