INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Brussel Sprouts
- 2 Cups Water
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp Butter (Optional)
METHOD
- Cut off the tip of the brussel sprouts and then cut them in half.
- In a sauce pan boil some water.
- Add salt & the cut up brussel sprouts.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
- Once done, strain the brussel sprouts.
- You can use them as it is now or roast with some butter and enjoy.
