Jam heart biscuits are buttery, melt-in-the-mouth cookies filled with fruity jam, shaped beautifully for festive and special occasions. These eggless biscuits are easy to bake at home and make perfect treats for gifting or tea-time. Crisp on the outside and soft inside, they are a delightful combination of sweetness and nostalgia.

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- Cold water to make the dough
- ¼ Cup Strawberry Jam
- Powder Sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter

METHOD
- Mix all the ingredient together to form a dough.
- Cover with a wet cloth for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out flat semi thick sheets.
- With a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out the biscuits.
- From half the heart shaped cookies, cut out smaller hearts with a smaller heart shaped cookie cutter.
- Place a small heart cookie dough on the big one and press it down gently to get it stuck
- Repeat the same method with the rest of the cookies.
- With a fork, poke holes on the cookies.
- On a greased pan, place these cookies and brush some melted butter on them.
- Bake them for 6-8 minutes at 180C or until they are well done.
- Once done, let them cool down
- Add a spoonful of the strawberry jam in the cavity on the cookie.
- Sprinkle some powder sugar over the cookies and serve.
