INGREDIENTS
- 2 khakras
- 1/2 cup boiled Black chana
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup beaten curd
- 1 tbsp Imli chutney
- 1 tbsp Green chutney
- 1 tbsp Sev
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp Masala peanuts
- Pinch of Chaat masala
- Pinch of Red chilli powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Salt
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
METHOD
- In a bowl break the khakhra pieces.
- Top up with black chana, tomato, onion, cucumber, imli chutney, green chutney, pomegranate seeds, masala peanuts, curd, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt, black salt and coriander.
- Mix well and serve immediately.
