INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup makki ka atta (maize flour)
    • 2 tbsp wheat flour
    • ½ cup hot water
    • ½ cup hot water
    • ½ cup hot water
    • ½ cup hot water

METHOD

    1. Make a dough with hot water.
    2. Make 4 round balls with the dough
    3. Roll out the dough with the help of a little flour to form a circular round.
    4. Cook the roti on the tawa on 2 sides till well done.
    5. Top up with some ghee and serve hot.
