INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup makki ka atta (maize flour)
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup hot water
METHOD
- Make a dough with hot water.
- Make 4 round balls with the dough
- Roll out the dough with the help of a little flour to form a circular round.
- Cook the roti on the tawa on 2 sides till well done.
- Top up with some ghee and serve hot.
