INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup masoor dal flour
- 2 tbsp wheat flour (atta)
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 3 tbsp lukewarm water
- ½ cup lukewarm water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
METHOD
- Put the yeast in 3 tbsp warm water
- Cover for 15 minutes.
- Mix in masoor dal flour , wheat flour with yeast mixture, salt to taste, oil and ½ cup of lukewarm water.
- Cover your hands with maida and knead for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Cover the dough with wet cloth for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
- Roll the dough into a pizza base round with a help of a little flour.
- With a fork make markings on the base.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
- Bake for 7 minutes, remove, add the pizza topping, and bake for another 7 minutes till well done.
