INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup masoor dal flour
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp grated carrots
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil to make the parathas
METHOD
- In a plate mix together all the ingredients
- With some water, knead a soft dough
- Divide into 4 equal portions.
- Roll out into parathas, with the help of some flour.
- With oil, roast the parathas on both the sides until well done
- Serve hot with curd or pickle.
