INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup Quinoa
- ¾ Cup White chocolate
- ½ tsp Matcha Powder
METHOD
- Wash the quinoa with water.
- Sieve the quinoa and spread them on a tissue paper to air dry for around 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan and roast the dried quinoa on a medium flame.
- Keep stirring so they don’t burn.
- Quinoa will start to pop slowly, once they’re crunchy remove from the pan and let it cool down.
- Grate the cooking chocolate.
- Melt 2/3 of the grated chocolate in a double boiler.
- Once the chocolate is melted add the Balance 1/3 grated chocolate to the mixture and stir until all the chocolate has melted.
- Stir it to see that there are no lumps.
- Mix in the matcha powder and puffed quinoa well.
- On a parchment paper, place a spoonful of the chocolate quinoa mixture and spread it like a cookie.
- Refrigerate the discs for 7-10 minutes or until well set.
- Store in an air tight container and enjoy.
