INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Cup Matki Sprouts
    • 1/2 tsp jeera
    • Pinch of hing
    • 1 cups water
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
    • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • Salt to taste

    For the paste

    • ¼ cup chopped onion
    • 1 ½ cup chopped tomato
    • 1/4 grated coconut fresh
    • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
    • 1/2 tbsp garlic ginger green chilli paste
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 2 cloves
    • 4-5 peppercorns
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
    • ½ tbsp jaggery sugar

METHOD

    For the paste

    1. In a blender jar add in all the ingredients to make a fine paste.

    How to assemble

    1. In a pan heat oil.
    2. Sauté jeera, hing,and add the puree and salt to taste.
    3. let it cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Once done, mix in the sprouted matki and water.
    5. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
    6. Add in coriander leaves and lemon juice.
    7. Mix well and serve hot.
