INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Matki Sprouts
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- Pinch of hing
- 1 cups water
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 ½ cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 grated coconut fresh
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 tbsp garlic ginger green chilli paste
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 4-5 peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tbsp jaggery sugar
For the paste
METHOD
- In a blender jar add in all the ingredients to make a fine paste.
- In a pan heat oil.
- Sauté jeera, hing,and add the puree and salt to taste.
- let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Once done, mix in the sprouted matki and water.
- Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Mix well and serve hot.
