INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup Idli Batter
- ½ Cup Grated Cheese
- 2 tbsp Podi Masala
- Oil
METHOD
- Heat a paniyaram pan and brush oil.
- Pour in a spoonful of the batter in each of the hole in the centre.
- Rotate the pan circularly to make mini Appams.
- Brush some oil from the sides.
- Top up with grated cheese, cover and let it cook.
- Cook until golden brown & the cheese is melted.
- Once done, sprinkle some Podi masala on top and serve hot.
