INGREDIENTS

    • ¾ Cup Idli Batter
    • ½ Cup Grated Cheese
    • 2 tbsp Podi Masala
    • Oil

METHOD

    1. Heat a paniyaram pan and brush oil.
    2. Pour in a spoonful of the batter in each of the hole in the centre.
    3. Rotate the pan circularly to make mini Appams.
    4. Brush some oil from the sides.
    5. Top up with grated cheese, cover and let it cook.
    6. Cook until golden brown & the cheese is melted.
    7. Once done, sprinkle some Podi masala on top and serve hot.
