Multigrain Khakra | Homemade Khakra | Nachni Jowar Bajra Khakra | Healthy Crispy Khakra
Homemade multigrain khakra is a crisp and light snack made using a mix of flours like nachni, jowar, bajra, and wheat. The dough is rolled thin and roasted slowly on a tawa until evenly crisp, giving it a good texture without deep frying. Using multiple grains adds both flavour and variety, while proper roasting on low heat ensures it stays crunchy. It stores well when cooled completely and kept airtight. Ideal as a tea-time snack or a light travel option, served plain or with pickle and chutney.
