INGREDIENTS
- ¼ Cup Walnuts
- ½ Cup Oats
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 ½ Cup milk
- ¾ Cup seedless dates paste
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios

METHOD
- In a pan dry roast walnut and then blend into a chunky powder.
- In a separate pan dry roast the oats and then blend into a fine powder.
- In a pan heat ghee and sauté powdered oats and walnuts for 2 minutes.
- Mix in milk, cardamom powder and let it cook for a minutes.
- Add in the dates paste and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes, garnish with chopped pistachios and serve hot.
