INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chopped and peeled pear
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
METHOD
- In a pan take chopped pear, sugar and ginger paste.
- On a low flame keep stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Let the pear cook for 7-9 minutes or until they soften up.
- With a masher, mashed the pears until you get s jam consistency.
- Finishing by adding lemon juice and stir well.
- Let it cool down and store the jam in an air tight container in the refrigerator and use at your convenience.
