INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup chopped and peeled pear
    • 2 tsp ginger paste
    • 2 tsp lemon juice
    • ¼ cup sugar

METHOD

    1. In a pan take chopped pear, sugar and ginger paste.
    2. On a low flame keep stirring until the sugar dissolves.
    3. Let the pear cook for 7-9 minutes or until they soften up.
    4. With a masher, mashed the pears until you get s jam consistency.
    5. Finishing by adding lemon juice and stir well.
    6. Let it cool down and store the jam in an air tight container in the refrigerator and use at your convenience.
