INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup boiled corn
    • ¾ cup water
    • ½ tbsp butter
    • ½ tsp ginger chilly paste
    • ½ tsp oregano
    • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
    • Salt Pepper to taste

METHOD

    1. Blend together boiled corn and water into a smooth puree.
    2. Sieve this puree.
    3. In a pan melt butter and sauté ginger chilly paste, oregano, chilli flakes.
    4. Mix in the corn puree and let it come to a boil.
    5. Serve hot
