INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup Boiled white quinoa
    • 1/2 cup Boiled black quinoa
    • 1/2 cup avocado chopped
    • 1/2 cup chopped red leaf lettuce
    • 1/4 cup cherry tomato sliced
    • 1/4 finely chopped yellow capsicum

    For the dressing

    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
    • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    • 1/2 tsp amchur
    • 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
    • Black Salt
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    For the dressing

    1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.

    How to proceed

    1. Mix together black quinoa, white quinoa, avocado, red leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes and capsicum.
    2. Mix in the dressing and toss it well.
    3. Serve chilled.
