INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Boiled white quinoa
- 1/2 cup Boiled black quinoa
- 1/2 cup avocado chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red leaf lettuce
- 1/4 cup cherry tomato sliced
- 1/4 finely chopped yellow capsicum
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur
- 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
- Black Salt
- Salt to taste
For the dressing
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
- Mix together black quinoa, white quinoa, avocado, red leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes and capsicum.
- Mix in the dressing and toss it well.
- Serve chilled.
