INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Medium size raw mango
    • 1 cup chopped fresh coconut
    • 2 cups chilled water
    • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
    • 2 tbsp mint leaves
    • 1 tsp roasted jeera
    • Black Salt to taste
    • Salt to taste
    • Ice cubes

METHOD

    For the raw mango

    1. In a pressure cooker add in the whole raw mango along with some water.
    2. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
    3. Once done, let it cool down. Remove the peel of the mango.
    4. Scoop out the pulp fully.

    How to proceed

    1. In a blender jar add in mango pulp, coconut, coriander, mint leaves, roasted jeera, black salt, salt and 1 cup of water.
    2. Blend well into a smooth puree.
    3. With a muslin or a cheese cloth, strain the mix and squeeze it properly.
    4. Re blend the residue with another 1 cup water for a more flavourful taste.
    5. Strain the mix with the muslin cloth and squeeze it well.
    6. Serve this chilled over ice.
