INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ Cup Brussel sprouts ( cut in half )
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
- ½ tbsp chopped spring onion (greens)
- 2 tsp Butter
- Salt pepper to taste

METHOD
- Boil water in a pan. Add in salt to taste.
- Add in brussel sprouts and boil for 3-4 minutes or until well cooked.
- Strain.
- In a pan melt butter and roast the boiled brussel sprouts until nicely charred.
- Once done, add balsamic vinegar, honey, red chilli flakes, salt pepper to taste.
- Finish by adding spring onion greens, mix well and serve with toothpicks.
