INGREDIENTS

    • ½ Cup Sabudana
    • ½ Cup Samo
    • 1 Boiled Potato (Grated)
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
    • ½ tsp ginger green chilly paste
    • ½ tsp roasted jeera powder
    • ¼ cup crushed peanuts
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 ½ Cup Warm Water
    • Oil to make the pancakes

METHOD

    1. In a blender jar, mix together sabudana and samo and blend into a fine powder.
    2. Sieve this powder and transfer to a bowl.
    3. Mix in potato, coriander, ginger green chilly paste, jeera powder, crushed peanuts, salt to taste and warm water.
    4. Mix the batter well and avoid lumps.
    5. Rest the batter for 5-10 minutes.
    6. Heat a pan, brush some oil and make small round pancakes.
    7. Flip and cook on the both sides.
    8. Serve hot.
