INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups chopped mustard leaves
- 1cup chopped spinach leaves
- 1 cup chopped bathua
- ¼ tsp green chillies
- 1 tomato sliced
- I onion sliced
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp hing
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a non stick vessel heat the oil, add the onion, hing, garlic, jeera, turmeric powder. Saute for 30 seconds
- Add the ginger, green chillies, tomatoes and saute.
- Add the spinach, bathua and mustard leaves, 2 tbsp water,salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for 2 minutes
- Blend in a food processor.
- Heat in a vessel and serve hot.
- Serve hot with makki ki roti.
