INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup onion chopped
    • 1/4 cup curry leaves
    • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
    • 1 dried red chilli (soaked in water)
    • ½ tsp cumin powder
    • Pinch of turmeric
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • ½ tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    1. In a blender jar, mix all the ingredients.
    2. Blend well until smooth.
    3. Refrigerate and use at your convenience.

    To serve

    1. Serve with chips, carrots, lavash and bread sticks
