INGREDIENTS
- 1 cups sprouted moong beans
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped boiled potato
- 1/4 cup chopped apples
- 1/4 cup chopped grapes
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
For the dressing
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients to prepare the dressing.
- In a salad bowl mix together all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate the ingredients.
- Mix in the prepared dressing and toss it well.
- Serve immediately.
