INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cups sprouted moong beans
    • 1/4 cup grated carrots
    • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
    • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
    • 1/4 cup chopped boiled potato
    • 1/4 cup chopped apples
    • 1/4 cup chopped grapes
    • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

    For the dressing

    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
    • 1/2 tbsp honey
    • 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

METHOD

    For the dressing

    1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients to prepare the dressing.

    For the salad

    1. In a salad bowl mix together all the ingredients.
    2. Refrigerate the ingredients.
    3. Mix in the prepared dressing and toss it well.
    4. Serve immediately.
