INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup boiled broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup hung curd
- 1 tbsp roasted besan
- 1 tap ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp aamchur
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp jeera powder
- Black Salt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients to make a thick marination.
- Toss in the boiled broccoli in the marination and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Take a skewer and add marinated broccolis.
- Switch on the flame, place a wire mat on the stove and place the skewer on top of it.
- Brush oil and roast the broccolis. Keep rotating the skewer for an even roast.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
