INGREDIENTS

    • 1 1/2 cup boiled broccoli florets

    For the marination

    • 1/4 cup hung curd
    • 1 tbsp roasted besan
    • 1 tap ginger garlic paste
    • 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
    • 1/4 tsp aamchur
    • 1/4 tsp garam masala
    • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
    • Black Salt
    • Salt to taste

    Other ingredients

    • 1 tbsp Oil

METHOD

    For the marination

    1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients to make a thick marination.
    2. Toss in the boiled broccoli in the marination and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Take a skewer and add marinated broccolis.
    4. Switch on the flame, place a wire mat on the stove and place the skewer on top of it.
    5. Brush oil and roast the broccolis. Keep rotating the skewer for an even roast.
    6. Serve hot with green chutney.
